Well, as promised, a new skin is here! And yes, this is the tank from the site header. While I did like what WG did with the original Pz. 58 Mutz skin, I thought it could be a little bit more... "interesting". Plus, the Schwarzpz. 58's skin was rather boring to look at, so I decided to attempt to remedy both in one go. It started out as a simple color change to blue (which was still rather boring, mind you), which led to what you see here after a few hours of tweaking and playing around with the vehicle's appearance. This definitely isn't designed with historical accuracy in mind - the original Mutz wasn't exactly historical, from what I can tell, but at least it was based off a real vehicle, while this, on the other hand, is purely a work of fiction - but I wanted to make both vehicles more visually appealing, since I thought they were a little boring, both aesthetically (especially on the Schwarzpanzer's end) and by their playstyles. While I can't make necessarily the vehicle more fun to play, I can at least try to remedy the first bit, and so that's exactly what I've tried to do! I included two versions of the skin - one for the Pz. 58 Mutz, and one for the Schwarzpz. 58. The skin includes a custom camouflage pattern, Swiss markings, a darker black base color, and darkened tracks, as well as extra hull model details for the Schwarzpz. 58 (originally from the Mutz) and custom carousel & tech tree icons. You can have a look at the skin (and download it, if you'd like) here. Site Change: Download ButtonsQuick announcement about the download buttons on most of the site pages: Sadly, due to how the Mega.nz desktop client works, every time I update a pack, the link to download it breaks. Because of this (and the fact that I simply don't have enough time to go through every single page and change the download link with every pack update), the download button will now lead to the skin packs folder on my download hub. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but it's the best solution I can come up with for now.
Anyway, enjoy the new skin, and happy tanking!
