...but I'm still here! My apologies for the lack of updates over here on the site, but regardless -- I have not been idle since last! For starters, two minor updates for the Dakka Plus pack were released: v1.2.0 introduced a new model for the UDES 14 Alt 5 (based on the 3D style): v1.3.0, dubbed "Return of the Star", introduced two new models for the VK 28.01 mit 10,5 cm and Aufkl. Panther: Both vehicles now feature German star antennae (of a slightly different design from the original, but still a Sternantenna nonetheless). These are now a part of the pack, and can be downloaded here: There is more to come for Dakka Plus in the future, so stay tuned! The Legacy Dakka Improvement Project also received an update: the E 75, E 50 Ausf. M, and T69 received updated models with kit from the original Steel Hunter mode. The original Dakka versions of these vehicles can still be accessed in the add-ons section. Finally, as some of you already know, I have been maintaining Zorgane's Guns/Engines sound mod for some time now. It is with much excitement that I would like to present a preview for the next update: That's right -- for the first time since I started updating the sound mod, new gun sounds are coming! With the help of Shimada_Sama (who has also graciously provided some of the new gun sounds for this update), Zorgane, and documentation on the WoT/KoreanRandom forums/wwise's website, some new sounds will finally be coming to the mod! The first set, previewed above, includes a mix of brand-new sounds and some sounds returning from Gnomefather's original HRMOD. With the exception of the new .50-cal sound, these will NOT outright-replace any of the existing sounds from Zorgane's original mod -- rather, they will be used to bring more variety. If all goes to plan, this update is set to arrive in late August/early September, close to (if not aligned with) the release of WoT 1.18.0.0. Stay tuned for further updates! Please note -- the sounds in the above video are work-in-progress and may be subject to change. Notably, the 100 mm sound used on the CS-44 has been made louder since that clip was recorded.
